Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join the Worldwide Public Sector Global Government Federal Civilian team. You will work to accelerate cloud adoption, engage with executives, and orchestrate cross-functional teams across AWS to deliver customer outcomes.

You will balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, guiding customers through migrations, data analytics, digital transformation and innovation while ensuring value realization and risk

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large-scale technical programs.
• 5+ years of customer-facing work with executives or partners.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, or business.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and accelerate realization of value across the cloud lifecycle through adoption of AWS services and best practices.
• Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, cloud fluency and cloud skills through enablement partners and training.
• Establish and mature operating models to drive scale and long-term success using AWS frameworks.
