Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join Worldwide Public Sector and help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey. The role involves guiding value realization, enablement, and governance across the cloud lifecycle.

You will work with diverse stakeholders and partner teams to drive strategic cloud adoption, migrations, analytics, and digital transformation for government customers in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience
• 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams

Responsibilities

• Advocate guiding customers through value realization, enablement, and governance of their cloud transformation journey.
• Identify and accelerate realization of value through AWS services, partner solutions, best practices, and other.
• Help customers achieve cloud readiness, fluency and skills through guilds, accelerators, training partners, and more.
• Establish and mature operating models to drive scale and long-term success using AWS frameworks.
