Job summary

Wiz is hiring a Technical Product Expert (TPE) to serve as the primary technical bridge between product innovation and U.S. Public Sector requirements.

You will translate complex regulatory rules into actionable product requirements for FedRAMP and DoD IL4/5 offerings, ensuring federal priorities are reflected in the roadmap while uplifting security across Wiz's commercial product. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Cloud (AWS preferred, other clouds a plus).
• Proficiency with micro-services, containers, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform), Configuration Management, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of controls against NIST 800-53, DoD CC SRG, DISA STIGs, FIPS, and encryption methodologies.
• Ability to translate federal compliance requirements into technical solutions and outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities

• Learn and know Wiz as well as a customer.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Wiz's government offerings (FedRAMP & DoD IL4/5).
• Stay up to date with Wiz features and act as the subject matter expert for Wiz's government offerings (FedRAMP & DoD IL4/5).
• Support the navigation of complex FedRAMP and DoD IL4/5 processes and industry changes, including field preparation and strategic readiness for federal agencies and mission owners.
• Directly engage with new and existing federal customers, agencies, and mission owners to capture requirements and manage expectations.
• Lead the prioritization and design of features essential for U.S. Public Sector compliance and security.
• Partner with Product and PMM to maintain and communicate a Wiz4Gov roadmap.
• Develop a translation layer that connects external compliance rules to internal product specs for engineering teams and customers.
• Interface with PubSec Compliance, US DevOps, PMM, and GTM teams to drive commitments and SCR scoping.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility of the feature pipeline through automated workflows and feature authorization.
• Assist with lifecycle of government-specific SKUs, license updates, and FedRAMP listings reviews.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones with stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and roadmap updates.
