Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Federal management consultant to lead and support large-scale engagements—25 to 200+ professionals—driving operational excellence and transformation for Federal clients. This hybrid role requires US-based travel up to 25% and proximity to Washington, DC. You will partner with USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC. Applicants need 7+ years of post-graduate consulting experience and PMP/CSM/Six Sigma credentials; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Job Family:Management ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 25%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:Lead and support large-scale Federal consulting engagements ranging from 25 to more than 200 team members.Drive operational excellence and organizational transformation initiatives for Federal clients.Partner with Federal Civilian Agencies, including key accounts such as USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC.Deliver complex engagements across areas such as managed services and outsourcing, loan servicing, financial management and accounting, and enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) operations.What You Will Need:Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD \"PUBLIC TRUST\"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
