Responsibilities

• Allotment of new construction and repair/modification/renovation of CG facilities including buildings, waterfronts, airfields, hangars, and utilities.
• Perform independent technical reviews, project scoping, scheduling, and cost estimates; act as COR supervising design deliverables.
• Oversee civil engineering design and technical analysis from concept through final design for new construction and renovations.
• Develop construction execution plans, inspections, submittals, and contractor performance tracking.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to resolve complex technical and programmatic issues.
