Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a driven consultant to support FDA change management and training initiatives in a fast-paced federal program. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client expectations, and deliver executive-ready materials.

You will design and deliver instructor-led and virtual trainings, translate complex data into actionable insights, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development and PMO activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal clients with project delivery and change management.
• Ability to develop client-ready communications and executive briefings.
• Track record coordinating multi-workstream teams and scheduling staff across weeks.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact FDA initiatives in change management and training.
• Lead week-to-week client delivery activities across change management and training workstreams.
• Plan, coordinate, and track risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Develop instructor-led and virtual training and adapt materials for diverse audiences.
• Draft client communications, trainings, and materials for executive audiences.
