Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consulting professional to act as a trusted advisor to FDA leadership, guiding budgetary, operational, and process improvement initiatives. You will build strong relationships with FDA leadership, lead high-visibility projects, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences.

The role requires 5+ years with federal clients, direct experience with executive leadership, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years supporting federal clients and leading project delivery.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and developing senior-level communications.
• Strong PM skills with ability to manage multiple teams and weekly/deliverable timelines.
