Job summary

Everforth ECSFederalis in Arlington, VA is seeking an Account Lead to support the Department of Homeland Security's CDM BETSIE program. The role leads and supports federal agency clients through onboarding and ongoing program interactions, delivering solutions and driving milestones.

You will establish trusted relationships with agency leadership, coordinate with CAASM, IM, and Data Management teams, and create documentation and status reports to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project and/or program management, business management or consulting experience.
• Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting federal government programs and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support federal agency clients through onboarding and ongoing CDM BETSIE program interactions.
• Serve as main point of contact for agency communications, delivering solutions and guiding milestones.
• Build and maintain relationships with agency stakeholders, reporting status to program leadership.
• Create and maintain program documentation, templates, and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-team groups to align delivery with program objectives.
• Support onboarding for new agencies, including kickoff meetings, requirements, and data cutover.
• Advocate for adoption of the CDM BETSIE suite across internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership and ability to work with executives and front-line teams.
