Job summary

ECS Federal LLC is seeking an Account Lead to support the Department of Homeland Security’s CDM Data Services - BETSIE Program in our Arlington, VA office. This candidate will lead and support federal agency clients through the implementation, onboarding, and continued interactions with the CDM program.

You will manage customer relationships, coordinate across IM teams, deliver documentation, and drive program milestones with DHS/CDM PMO, enabling successful CDM outcomes and continued agency

Qualifications

3+ years of project and/or program management, business management or consulting experience.
Strong communication skills and demonstrated stakeholder relationship management.
Experience with federal government contracting and delivery of IT programs.

Responsibilities

Lead agency relationships and manage milestones for the BETSIE program.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and communications with DHS/CDM PMO.
Support cross-team collaboration across CAASM, Pipeline, IM, and Data Management.
Develop and maintain program documentation and reporting templates.
Advocate for the CDM BETSIE program and drive adoption across stakeholders.
