This full-time hybrid role requires 5+ years in capture management, a related bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of federal contracts with civilian agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Capture Manager leading federal pursuits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of winning federal contracts with civilian agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership and clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and capture management software.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation using Microsoft tools.
• Strong analytical, research, and detail-oriented skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from qualification to proposal submission.
• Analyze agency forecasts, procurement notices, budgets and recompete opportunities.
• Develop win themes, price-to-win, and competitive positioning.
• Engage government stakeholders and manage teaming partners.
• Coordinate with technical teams to create compelling proposals meeting client needs.
