Astor & Sanders Corporation is seeking a Capture Manager for a full-time hybrid role in McLean, VA. You will lead the capture lifecycle, work with BD to align goals, and develop win themes and strategies for federal contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in capture management, strong communication, CRM and MS Office skills, and a proven federal contracting track record. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Capture Manager leading successful proposals for federal government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture efforts across lifecycle, strategy development, proposal development, and client engagement.
• Work with Business Development to align strategic goals and objectives.
• Identify win themes, discriminators, and assist in bid strategies.
• Coordinate with technical teams and SMEs to create compelling proposals meeting client needs.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders within target agencies, partners, and vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify federal trends and competition.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations to senior leadership and clients.
• Manage capture timelines and resources for bid submissions.
• Attend conferences and strategic events as needed.
