Job summary

Workday’s federal team seeks a Federal Capture Director to lead the capture lifecycle for one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government. You will identify opportunities, qualify them, and drive proposal development through award.

This role requires deep federal contracting experience and exceptional leadership. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with internal stakeholders and government customers, navigate FAR and regulatory requirements, and guide teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading the full capture lifecycle in Federal market.
• Deep understanding of the FAR and related regulations.
• Expert knowledge of the federal procurement lifecycle and acquisition process.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, government customers, and partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like BGov, GovWin, SAM.
• Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Lead the capture process from opportunity identification through proposal development and award.
