Job summary

ReefPoint Group is seeking a Business Architecture Consultant to support operational transformation and process modernization initiatives for federal clients. You will analyze business processes, information structures, and enterprise artifacts to develop current-state and future-state models.

Collaborate with business, data, and technical teams to translate operational knowledge into standardized, reusable artifacts, drive alignment, and support change management in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business architecture, process analysis, or related consulting.
Experience documenting as-is and to-be models with gaps and dependencies.
Experience with enterprise information management artifacts and governance.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes, workflows, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process discovery sessions.
Develop current-state and future-state process maps and documentation.
Identify bottlenecks and risks and recommend improvements.
Support process redesign, implementation, and transformation efforts.
