Job summary
ReefPoint Group is seeking a Product Manager / Service Designer to advance digital product and human-centered design initiatives for federal clients in Tysons, VA. You will translate customer needs into scalable products, work with cross-functional teams, and help drive cloud modernization and data-driven transformation efforts.
Ideal candidates bring experience in product management, service design, and Agile delivery, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Design, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and Agile delivery teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog prioritization.
- Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and user research.
- Design customer journeys, service blueprints, and operational workflows.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, roadmap reviews, and planning sessions.
- Develop business cases, adoption strategies, and executive communications.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, AI/ML, governance, and business teams.
- Monitor adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.
