Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience performing business analysis, management analysis, requirements analysis, process improvement, or related functions.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business or functional requirements.
• Experience conducting business process analysis and identifying efficiency improvements.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing process flows, requirements docs, procedures, reports, or other BA artifacts.
• Experience assessing impacts of proposed changes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements for technical and operational teams.
• Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop current and future-state process documentation to support transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams through the lifecycle.
