Job summary

Colonial Group in Washington, DC seeks a seasoned Base Operations Support Solutions Architect to lead the design of comprehensive BOS solutions for federal facility operations. You will integrate CMMS, energy management, and predictive maintenance to improve mission readiness and lifecycle performance.

The role requires strong leadership, grant experience in government contracting, and the ability to translate customer requirements into executable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, facilities/maintenance management, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in technical leadership within federal government contracting; BOS focus.
• Experience designing and implementing facility operations, maintenance, asset management, or sustainment solutions.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance/PT&I, and RCM principles.
• Ability to translate facility requirements and asset data into executable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BOS solutions integrating facility operations, maintenance, sustainment, asset management, workforce, supply chain, CMMS, energy management, and supporting technologies.
• Develop maintenance and sustainment strategies balancing mission availability, asset condition, reliability, risk, service levels, and lifecycle cost.
• Design preventive and predictive maintenance programs including scheduled maintenance and RCM/PI techniques.
• Develop CMMS-enabled solutions for work management, asset management, scheduling, service requests, inspections, inventory, and reporting.
• Evaluate facility condition and data to develop executable technical approaches and performance metrics.
• Lead or contribute to solution architecture, trade studies, and risk assessments.
