The Building People are hiring a Project Manager to lead facility operations and maintenance at a federal government installation. You will supervise on-site engineering staff and ensure reliable operations, preventive maintenance, and cost control in alignment with contract requirements.

Applicants should have five years of extensive building systems management experience, CMMS familiarity (Maximo), and strong budgeting skills; familiarity with BAS and energy efficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least five years of management and supervision of building mechanical operations and maintenance.
• Experience leading maintenance programs for large facilities with CMMS use.
• Ability to read budgets and report variances.
• Familiarity with BAS and energy efficiency monitoring.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site engineering and facilities personnel.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and inspections.
• Oversee building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist with budgets, scopes of work, and vendor management.
