Job summary

Brown Federal Services Llc in the United States seeks a Solutions Architect 4 to lead architectural direction for large-scale, complex technology solutions across hardware, software, databases, networking, and security.

You will translate Laboratory-wide requirements into practical designs using Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle PIF, Oracle WebLogic, and in-house systems, oversee projects from concept to implementation, and maintain a DOE Q clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 12+ years of related experience.
• Expert-level experience designing and implementing complex enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, Primavera P6, and PIF.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DOE Q clearance.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology projects requiring detailed analysis and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Design and architect solutions involving hardware, software, databases, systems programming, cybersecurity, networking, and telecommunications.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for complex enterprise systems.
• Manage projects from inception through implementation, including planning, documentation, scheduling, resource utilization, and training.
• Assist with integration of project controls functions, including estimating, scheduling, and cost management.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to customers, stakeholders, system administrators, and end users.
