Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Base Operations Support Solutions Architect to lead the design of end-to-end BOS solutions for federal facility operations, maintenance, and sustainment. The role integrates CMMS, energy management, and predictive maintenance to improve asset reliability and mission readiness.

You will collaborate with customers, capture teams, engineering, pricing, and SMEs to translate requirements into executable technical architectures and staffing concepts, while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities/Construction Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical leadership in federal contracting.
• Experience designing and implementing BOS, maintenance, asset management or sustainment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end BOS solutions integrating facility operations, maintenance, sustainment, asset management, and CMMS.
• Develop maintenance strategies balancing mission availability, asset condition, reliability and lifecycle cost.
• Define CMMS-enabled work management, inspections, inventory, scheduling, and reporting solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into executable BOS architectures and staffing concepts.
• Lead or support proposals, technical volumes, and solution validation activities.
