Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a changing, technology-based consulting environment
• Strong operational familiarity with operating systems, application programs, system diagnostics and remote support structure
• Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, IBM, Google, Alibaba, Oracle
• Exposure to basic software programming, scripting languages, and automation concepts
• Exposure to basic AI concepts, ethics, and methodologies
• Willing to travel up to 100% travel

Responsibilities

• Define, analyze and review technical architecture on required platform and coming up with architecture options and recommendations
• Define, detail, and scope the technical requirements into solutions
• Work across key activities in configuration, systems management tools and backup and recovery
• Support Technical Consultants and lead in building solutions and providing technical mentoring and guidance
