Job summary

IBM Consulting is hiring a Federal Associate Consultant - Salesforce (Rocket Center, WV) to support government clients with packaged solutions like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and SharePoint. You will help select, implement, and produce ongoing support for these solutions, delivering business value with a growth mindset and across diverse practices.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and the ability to obtain a Federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in selection, implementation, and support of packaged solutions (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics, Workday, SharePoint).
• Provide strategic recommendations and drive solutions using business knowledge and client context.
• Lead or support workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to map as‑is and to‑be processes.
