Job summary

Larson Design Group seeks an Architecture/Building Engineering Project Manager for Federal Programs to lead complex projects from planning to closeout. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, align with PMI standards, and manage budgets over $1 million while ensuring compliance with federal procurement and design requirements.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Architect or Engineer with strong client-facing skills and the ability to navigate federal regulations, procurement, and QA/QC

Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
Certifications: PE/RA or PMP required/strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage federal project management plans per agency requirements.
Coordinate architectural, engineering, and consultant teams with federal clients.
Lead all project lifecycle phases from initiation to closeout.
Control project scope, cost, schedule, and risks with formal processes.
Prepare detailed schedules, budgets, and EVM for federal funding alignment.
Ensure staffing, resource allocation, and QA/QC meet standards.
