Larson Design Group, Inc. is seeking an Architecture/Building Engineering Project Manager - Federal Programs to lead complex federal projects from planning through closeout.

A licensed Architect or Engineer with PMI knowledge will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets over $1 million, and ensure compliance with federal standards. The successful candidate will mentor staff, coordinate with federal clients, and drive quality, risk management, and timely deliverables across project

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s preferred.
• Certifications: PE/RA/PMP required.
• Experience: 4+ years in A/E industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project management plans aligned with federal requirements.
• Coordinate architectural, engineering, and consultant teams for federal clients.
• Lead all project lifecycle phases per PMI standards and federal delivery standards.
• Define and control project scope with formal change management processes.
• Prepare and present clear project status reports on progress, cost, and risk.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Master's degree, preferred

Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
