Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Federal Civilian AI/Data Tech Lead to drive technical execution across Data & AI strategy, product management, and market intelligence for federal agencies. You will mentor Cloud Development Engineers, author AI accelerators, validate demos, and scale repeatable patterns across ITA, DOI, and USPTO.

This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on delivery, leading customer‑facing technical work and ensuring high standards across the field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years working with Data & AI technologies including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database, or storage

Responsibilities

• Own technical execution across Data & AI Strategy, Product Management, and Market Intelligence.
• Validate AI maturity, qualify use cases, and measure outcomes across Federal Civilian portfolio.
• Author and maintain AI accelerators and reference architectures for reuse.
• Accelerate CDE enablement with discovery/scoping for POCs and prototypes; deliver hands-on sessions.
• Review and elevate demos, whitepapers, and POC artifacts for technical rigor.
• Create technical curriculum and labs to scale CDE capacity and onboarding.
