Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a customer-facing technical trusted advisor to support federal missions by designing, building, and demonstrating Agentic Government Cloud solutions. You will lead technical discovery, shape proof points, guide production readiness, and drive activation across Salesforce, AI, and data architectures.

The role requires deep expertise in multi-tier architectures, SQL/SOQL, and executive communication, with a focus on delivering ROI and scalable demonstrations for government

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience.
• Degree in Computer Science required (B.S./M.S./Ph.D.).
• Proficiency with Salesforce Core and Data 360/Agentforce stack.
• Agentic AI fluency: LLMs, RAG, safety and governance.
• Experience with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code).
• Ability to run tech and business discovery to define use cases and metrics.
• Executive + technical communication across C-suite and developers.
• Deep tech knowledge of multi-tier architectures including SQL/SOQL, HTML/CSS/JS.
• Growth mindset with ongoing enablement and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with federal stakeholders to scope agentic solutions.
• Design demonstrations and POCs to show autonomous AI workflows.
• Present technical solutions to executives, translating architecture to ROI.
• Create end-to-end architectures integrating Salesforce with secure enterprise needs.
• Lead hands-on workshops and deep-dives for IT leads and architects.
• Support RFI/RFP responses ensuring technical accuracy and security.
• Drive activation with customers on configuration and deployment strategies.
• Develop reusable accelerators and playbooks to scale delivery.
