Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a customer-facing Solutions Architect to help federal agencies become Agentic Enterprises by integrating Data + AI + Trust on the Agentic Enterprise Platform. You will lead technical discovery, shape proofs of concept, and guide activation with enterprise IT leads and architecture teams.

You'll present complex technical concepts to GS leadership, design cross‑domain architectures, and contribute to RFI/RFP responses, ensuring security and scalability across agency missions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience.
• Degree in Computer Science (B.S., M.S. or Ph.D.).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Core and the Data 360/Agentforce stack.
• Agentic + AI fluency: understanding of LLMs, RAG/grounding and production safety.
• Experience with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes).
• Ability to run technical & business discovery to define agentic use cases and execution plans.
• Executive + technical communication across C-suite and developers.
• Deep command of multi-tier architectures, SQL/SOQL, HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript/LWC.
• Growth mindset and ongoing enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to scope agentic use cases and ROI.
• Build high-impact demonstrations and POCs showing autonomous AI agents for federal workflows.
• Deliver world-class product demonstrations tied to agency missions and requirements.
• Create end-to-end architectures integrating Salesforce with security and enterprise needs.
• Design and run hands-on technical workshops and Deep Dives for IT leads and Enterprise Architects.
• Present technical solutions to GS/executive leadership, translating architecture to ROI.
• Serve as technical lead for RFI/RFP responses ensuring accuracy and security.
• Drive activation with customers on agent definition and deployment strategies.
