Job summary

Salesforce in Washington, DC, seeks a customer-facing technical trusted advisor to design, build and demonstrate Agentforce Government Cloud solutions for federal missions. You will lead technical discovery, shape proofs of concept, and guide activation with deep, full-stack skills across Salesforce and AI.

As the SE, you will become the SME for government solutions, conducting workshops, presenting to GS/Executive leadership, and delivering architecture that meets security and enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years customer-facing solution/technical architecture experience
• Degree in Computer Science required (B.S., Master’s, or Ph.D.)
• Proficiency with Salesforce Core (Public Sector Solutions, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and Data 360/Agentforce stack
• Agentic + AI fluency: understanding of LLMs, RAG/grounding, evaluation concepts, production behavior
• Experience with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes)
• Ability to run technical & business discovery to define agentic solution use cases, metrics, and execution plan
• Executive + technical communication: liaise with developers and C-suite effectively
• Deep command of multi-tier architectures, SQL/SOQL, schema modeling, and high-scale web tech (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/LWC)
• Growth mindset and ongoing enablement through labs and certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead deep technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to scope agentic use cases
• Build high-impact demonstrations and POCs showing autonomous AI agents for federal workflows
• Deliver world-class product demonstrations illustrating agency mission outcomes
• Create end-to-end architectures integrating Salesforce Agentic Enterprise Platform with security/enterprise needs
• Design and lead hands-on technical workshops for IT leads and Enterprise Architects
• Present solutions to GS/Executive leadership, simplifying tech into outcomes
• Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs ensuring technical accuracy and security compliance
• Drive activation with customers on configuration and deployment strategies
• Identify automation opportunities from process and technical requirements
• Build reusable accelerators and enable others to scale delivery
• Incorporate Voice of the Customer into Product messaging and plays
• Leverage modern 3rd-party tools and AI-assisted coding for rapid iteration
