Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a skilled Agile Lead to drive the team's flow and delivery of government-focused projects. You will organize daily scrums, maintain the backlog in Jira/Confluence, and coordinate with PMO and leadership to deliver CDRLs on time.

Applicants should have 4+ years in Agile, SAFe, and experience with Jira/Confluence, backlog grooming, and creating reports on velocity and milestones. A TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with agile lifecycle and scrum processes.
• Experience in Jira and Confluence for artifacts and reports.
• Knowledge of SAFe and agile scaling practices.
• Experience with backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scrums and hold team accountable for progress.
• Capture updates in Jira/Confluence reflecting work and dependencies.
• Proactively groom the backlog to simplify planning.
• Lead TEMs to help the team break down work.
• Ensure timely delivery of all CDRLs and milestones.
• Provide progress outbriefs to client leadership during Agile processes.
