Job summary

Omm IT Solutions is seeking a Federal Acquisition Program Liaison to bridge FTA Program Offices and the Office of Acquisition Management. This is a remote role but may require on-site work at the client location when needed.

You will ensure acquisition packages are compliant and properly funded, assist with IGCEs and MRAS market research, track milestones, and coordinate with CORs, Contracting Officers, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or higher with at least 5 years of federal acquisition/liaison experience.
• FAC-C Level II or equivalent certifications.
• Familiar with FAR Parts 12, 13, 15, 37, 43; GSAR 538.71; MRAS; PRISM; SharePoint; CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to coordinate CORs and Contracting Officers.
• Proficient in MS Teams, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Guide program managers through PR package development and compliance.
• Review D&Fs, J&As, and Exceptions prior to submission.
• Assist IGCEs, market research via MRAS, and source selection criteria.
• Track funding, milestones, and maintain division status spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with closeout teams to prepare completed files.
