Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading customer experience, digitization, or transformation programs with Salesforce or similar.
• Experience selling/delivering Professional Services in a Salesforce or GSI environment.
• Deep experience with US Federal agencies, procurement processes, and contracting.
• Proven track record as a player-coach who drives multi-million dollar mandates.
• Strong executive presence to influence C-suite and senior government stakeholders.
• Leadership in Professional Services sales and US citizenship; security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client relationship for Federal Civilian and Tribal Nations accounts.
• Lead unified account pursuits across License Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
• Bridge strategic vision with high-stakes execution to drive bookings and revenue.
• Shape Professional Services pursuits, proposals, and commercial constructs.
• Navigate government funding, procurement, and financial governance.
• Escalation point for at-risk engagements and risk management with delivery leadership.
• Represent Salesforce Professional Services at executive levels with clients and internally.
