Nutanix is seeking an experienced Federal Account Manager to join their growing Federal sales team. The role involves developing account plans, managing relationships with customers and partners, and leveraging extensive support from various teams to exceed sales goals. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits, primarily remote work with occasional in-office visits.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and creative Federal Account Manager to join our team. You will be part of the Federal sales team and be responsible for selling Nutanix’s products and solutions through channel partners and directly interacting with customers in the region. You will work closely with a Sales Engineer in the territory.
Our Federal sales team at Nutanix is growing! We are a driven and passionate team of salespeople aiming to disrupt the current data center landscape within Federal accounts. We seek to expand our team with additional high performers who want to bring simplicity and efficiency to a complex world.
You will develop account plans to sell based on customer needs, build and strengthen relationships with current and new prospects, and provide status updates to your manager, including forecast and pipeline information. Identifying Nutanix customer references for reference selling and providing product feedback to engineering are also key responsibilities.
Success in this role requires the ability to develop new accounts and penetrate new divisions within existing accounts. Nutanix offers extensive support from Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development teams to help you exceed sales goals. You will work closely with co-founders and VPs, influencing sales strategies and initiatives.
The salary range at start is expected to be between USD $245,680 and USD $368,520 annually. Compensation may vary based on individual factors, and may include bonuses, stock units, and other benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), and paid leave. Details will be provided upon offer.
This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office visits or travel as needed.
