Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Federal Account Support Manager to lead complex, onsite support for strategic accounts in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires TS/SCI with Poly and will primarily work from an HPE partner/customer office, onsite as needed.

You will apply deep technical knowledge and executive-level relationship management to deliver tailored solutions, mentor teams, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, support, and program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 6-8 years working experience in related fields.
• Experience in customer-facing service delivery, technical account management, or related support organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments and HPE products/services.
• Active U.S. Government TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Operate across multiple organizations to deliver complex support solutions.
• Mentor/consult with teams and customers on complex issues.
• Lead strategic account support and manage customer relationships at senior levels.
• Develop and deliver Value Based Delivery account plans for assigned accounts.
• Drive escalations to resolution with cross-functional coordination.
