SMMA, based in Cambridge, is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Federal A/E to lead and grow federal government projects. The role requires a licensed architect or engineer with strong project management experience to oversee complex, multidisciplinary design projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the A/E industry.
• Active professional licensure as a Registered Architect (RA) or Professional Engineer (PE).
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multidisciplinary design projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary A/E teams through planning, design, and project closeout.
• Manage project scope, fee, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants.
