Job summary

Above Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary AE and MEP/FP projects in a client-focused role. The incumbent will manage scope, schedule, and budgets while mentoring staff and coordinating with clients, designers, and sub-consultants.

Required: ABET-credentialed engineer or architect, 10+ years in MEP/AE, strong communication, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Project. In-office role in Maryland with hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years post-degree experience in MEP/AE firms, with healthcare/tech exposure.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule and budget, and mentor staff.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; skilled with MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for multiple projects.
