Job summary

Bodwé Group Companies in Washington, DC metro area seeks an experienced Federal A/E Project Manager to deliver architectural, engineering, and facility projects for federal clients. You will interface with CORs and stakeholders, leading multidisciplinary teams from scope definition through closeout.

The role requires strong A/E project-management capabilities, practical design/construction knowledge, and excellent client service. Hybrid work from home with regular onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 7+ years federal A/E or construction project-management experience.
• Experience managing A/E or facility projects for federal government clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned federal clients, including CORs, facility reps, and stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage scope, schedule, budget, and staffing.
• Manage project financial performance, including budgets and forecasting.
• Oversee design, construction documents, procurement support, construction administration, and closeout.
• Ensure quality-control reviews and compliance with federal requirements and codes.
• Mentor Project Managers and technical staff in project-delivery practices.
