Job summary

This client-facing role oversees a portfolio from scope definition through design, construction administration, and closeout, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 7+ years federal A/E or construction project-management experience.
• Experience with federal design standards, accessibility, and government reviews.
• Ability to travel within the Washington, DC area and surrounding facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day interface with federal clients and CORs.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams from planning through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing and quality.
• Forecast resource needs and address staffing conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with federal requirements and contract structures.
