Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas or compact state; may have temporary TX license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with required degrees.
• Maintain required certifications: BCLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve patient care concerns.
• Ventilator management and lab draws (ABGs) as needed.
• Handle paging, on-call resources, and Code Blue activations.
• Work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, overtime or on-call.
