Job summary

Elevate Entertainment Group, based in Austin and operating Elevate Cinemas, EVO Entertainment, and Elevate Rewards, seeks a FEC Manager to lead our entertainment centers. This role focuses on overseeing arcade, bowling, and redemption operations while driving guest engagement and revenue through promotions and events.

You will hire and mentor staff, ensure safety and maintenance of attractions, and stay current with industry trends to elevate the guest experience across our venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• State alcohol-server certification required.
• Manager ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven experience in FEC management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC (arcade, bowling, redemption store).
• Develop and implement revenue and guest engagement strategies, including promotions and events.
• Ensure equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming/attractions staff, ensuring high guest service standards.
• Monitor inventory and replenish prizes and supplies as needed.
• Analyze sales/attendance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Research new games and attractions to enhance guest experience.

Job Description

The FEC Manager at Elevate Entertainment Group (EEG) oversees all aspects and will serve as the expert in FEC operations, with a focus on arcade, bowling, redemption store, and other attractions. This role requires a creative mindset, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and cast members.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Education + Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time and conduct repetitive motions.
• Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise and flashing lights.
