Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas in Humble, TX, seeks a seasoned Gaming and Attractions Manager to lead our in-FEC experiences, including arcade games, bowling, and attractions. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, drive revenue through promotions and events, and ensure safe, clean operations.

Ideal candidates have a BA in business or hospitality, a Manager ServSafe certification, and previous FEC management experience. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of gaming and attractions within the FEC, including arcade games, bowling lanes, redemption store, and other attractions.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and guest engagement, including promotions, special events, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment and attractions, coordinating repairs and servicing as needed.
• Hire, train, and supervise gaming and attractions staff, providing ongoing support and feedback to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and other supplies, ordering replenishments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, researching new games and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Required state alcohol‑server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven experience in FEC management or related role, with a strong understanding of gaming and attractions operations.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
• Comfortable with flashing lights & loud noises.
