EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle cloud investments. You will work with senior client stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect modern data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, CS, engineering, business, or a related field.
4-6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions, data and analytics platforms, architecture modernization, cloud migrations, and technology transformation initiatives.
4-6 years delivering enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and related systems.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and BI platforms.
4+ years of experience leading and delivering Oracle cloud-based analytics and reporting engagements across global delivery teams.
Extensive experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.
Experience configuring FDI/OAC security frameworks incl. authentication/authorization and data-level security.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and Oracle Analytics Cloud engagements from strategy through implementation.
Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
Design scalable cloud-based data and analytics architectures for Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
Develop reporting roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
Manage distributed project teams, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to business and tech stakeholders.
Support business development incl. proposals, demos, client workshops, and exec presentations.
Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative culture.
