Job summary

EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, HR, supply chain, and CX. You will guide senior client stakeholders, architect data platforms, and deliver Oracle-based analytics at scale.

You will manage distributed teams, drive strategy-to-delivery, and mentor junior staff while supporting business development and executive-level client engagements. Travel may be required up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• Experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Fusion Cloud Applications and cloud data integration.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global teams.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle apps.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Advise on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data, reporting, and analytics architectures for Oracle apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, architecture reviews, testing, deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed teams, ensure quality delivery, budget adherence, stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support business development, proposals, client workshops, and exec presentations.
• Mentor juniors and foster an inclusive team environment.
