Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM and CX. You will translate business goals into scalable cloud architectures, lead workshops, and manage distributed teams to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

You will advise on reporting strategies, governance, and KPI frameworks while shaping opportunities for digital transformation and client value.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• 4–6 years defining enterprise reporting strategies for ERP and non-ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with FDI, OAC, Oracle Cloud Applications and BI platforms.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements across global delivery teams.
• Extensive data extraction and reporting architectures across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM and CX.
• Experience configuring FDI/OAC/OBIEE security (auth, authorization, data security).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% on client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
• Define reporting strategies, architectures, and KPI frameworks for clients.
• Architect cloud-based data platforms supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Manage distributed project teams ensuring quality delivery and budget adherence.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support business development with demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster inclusive team environment.
