Job summary

• Extensive experience leading large, complex programs in smart buildings, CRE tech, or building automation.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios, risks, issues, changes and decisions.
• Excellent written and communication skills with experience drafting master playbooks or procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program governance, portfolio alignment and risk dashboards to ensure rigorous execution.
• Direct end-to-end digital building and diagnostics initiatives across全球 corporate offices and leased properties.
• Coordinate with regional workplace services, facilities and vendor teams to align execution and reporting.
