Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Seattle, WA seeks a partner-level attorney with seven or more years advising clients on FDA regulatory matters to join its team. The role focuses on expanding the firm's FDA and consumer products regulatory capabilities across food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetics, wellness, and related industries.

You will lead client matters, supervise teams, and collaborate with professionals across disciplines on transactions, compliance programs, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in FDA regulatory compliance.
• USDA regulatory compliance experience preferred.
• Portable book of business and interest in client relationship development.
• Experience with CPSC, FTC and related regulatory matters is a plus.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• California Bar admission is a plus.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on FDA regulatory compliance for consumer products.
• Counsel on labeling, packaging, advertising, and promotional claims.
• Manage inspections, enforcement matters, and recalls.
• Lead regulatory aspects of financing, investment, and M&A transactions.
• Negotiate commercial transactions and contracts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on client matters.
