BCG Attorney Search is assisting a law firm in recruiting a partner-level attorney with seven or more years advising clients on FDA regulatory matters to join its Consumer Brands industry group across multiple U.S. locations including Washington, DC.

The role involves counseling on FDA compliance for food, beverage, dietary supplements, cosmetics and other consumer products, and guiding labeling, advertising, and promotional claims, with emphasis on transactions and regulatory developments.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in FDA regulatory compliance.
• Preferred experience with USDA regulatory compliance.
• Portable book of business and interest in client development.
• Experience with CPSC, FTC, and related regulatory matters is a plus.
• Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; California Bar admission is a plus.

• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; California Bar admission is a plus.
