Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a partner-level attorney with extensive FDA regulatory experience to join the team in Spokane, WA. You will advise clients across food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetics, wellness, and consumer products sectors, and drive growth of the firm's regulatory capabilities.

The role requires a minimum of seven years in FDA regulatory compliance, with preference for USDA experience and active client development interests. Admission to practice in at least one U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of experience in FDA regulatory compliance.
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• California Bar admission is a plus.
• Experience with CPSC, FTC and related regulatory matters is a plus.
• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on FDA regulatory compliance for consumer products.
• Counsel on labeling, packaging, and advertising requirements.
• Manage inspections, enforcement matters, and recalls.
• Lead regulatory aspects of financing and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with investors and companies to manage regulatory risk.
