• At least 2 years of experience in a shipping or inventory management role.

Responsibilities

• Drive the daily flow of shipping and inventory work to meet customer needs.
• Manage daily product shipments and shipping through Zoho Inventory.
• Perform incoming product inspection and product returns.
• Prepare boxes and stock shelves with products and related supplies.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Work with production teams to identify product needs and product availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory audits.
• Coordinate distribution with other departments to ensure products reach correct locations.
• Ensure compliance with requirements for product storage, handling, and tracking.
• Maintain working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, relevant regulations, and internal procedures.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality.
• Complete assigned tasks within defined timeframes.
• Work outside normal weekday business hours or on weekends with reasonable advance notice when operationally necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned
