This full-time, Monday–Friday role involves receiving, inspecting, labeling, packing and shipping, with emphasis on inventory accuracy and safe operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving or inventory control experience preferred.
• Biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device experience is a plus.
• ERP/MRP experience such as QAD preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass required background screening

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and verify incoming shipments
• Sort, count, label, package and stock inventory
• Pick and pack finished goods for daily shipping
• Prepare and load outgoing orders
• Support cold-chain shipping and related preparation
• Pull inventory for production
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Operate pallet jacks and dollies
• Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrect shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
• Follow company safety, quality and regulatory procedures

$25–$27/Hour | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Distribution Specialist to join our warehouse and distribution team in Conshohocken, PA.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience who enjoys working in an organized work environment.
