Job summary

Capgemini, acting as Employer of Record for Farmers Business Services, seeks an LMS and training support specialist to manage learning systems, schedule activities, and serve as the primary contact for system usage and issue resolution.

You will analyze and evaluate current systems, implement improvements, complete quality audits, and ensure accurate data entry across the platform. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will enable ongoing optimization and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience in LMS or training support is required.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar LMS.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
• Experience with M365 and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• System management: schedules and administers learning activities using approved tools.
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems, recommending improvements.
• Completes quality control audits and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains accurate learning system data entry.
• Trains users and identifies continuous improvement opportunities.
• Supports change management and cost monitoring.

Responsibilities

• System Management: Executes on a plan; schedules and administers learning and development system activities in concert with other stakeholders, using company approved tools
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing systems and procedures; recommending methods of improvement.
• Completes quality control audits and implements any corrective action.
• Communicates and support resolution of any system issues; notifies necessary personnel when system fails are identified.
• Accountable for accuracy of all learning system data entry activities.
• Trains other users as required Continuous Improvement: Identifies any continuous improvement opportunities in learning systems
• Executes any continuous improvement plans Communicates issues that affect other groups within the University so a comprehensive change plan can be developed.
• Organizational Success: Alert University leadership of any system issues that affect learners and internal staff, providing alternative solutions for remedy.
• Provide data and information to other groups as necessary.
• Participates in weekly team meetings Assist department head with monitoring and controlling of departmental expenses.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas
• Experience working with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS or any other LMS platform.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar
• Experience working with M365 and Power Platform tools

Nice to Have

• API Implementation experience
• Experience working with any Power Platform tool (Copilot Studio, PowerBI, Power Apps)
