Job summary

Lockheed Martin, located in Littleton, CO, seeks a seasoned Operations Leader to steer FBM program activities from proposal through delivery. You will bridge the FBM Program and Space Production Operations, ensuring clear two-way communication and accountability across Directorates.

You will lead a team of OLs, drive cost/schedule/technical execution, and coordinate with executive leadership on strategy and issue resolution to meet customer needs and program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/education.
• Experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
• Experience interfacing with Manufacturing, Quality, Administrative, and/or Management.
• Experience closing actions in timely and accurate manner.
• Experience leading others directly or indirectly.
• Experience with cost estimating or evaluating financial impacts.

Responsibilities

• Interface between the FBM Program and Operations for all current contracts and future proposals related to the Waterton Campus.
• Drive the program's interest in cost, schedule and technical performance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead business rhythm, present schedules and coordinate investigations to ensure timely delivery of quality product.
• Engage with Executive leadership on status, strategy development, and conflict resolution.
